Where the issue price stands nowWhere no current price is shown, that scrip had no close in the latest session — debt issues never do, because they do not trade in the cash-equity file. The issue price and listing date are exchange filings and are shown as normal.

An unofficial price quoted outside the exchanges. It is not published or filed anywhere, so it cannot be verified and is not shown.
Whether to apply
A subscription multiple counts the applications an issue received. It says nothing about the company, and issues are not ranked by it.
Allotment status
Held by each issue's registrar (Link Intime, KFin and others), not the exchange. Check with the registrar named in the offer document.
