AllPaisa publishes factual corporate-action records — what a company declared, on what date, for what amount — together with arithmetic derived from them.

Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation, a target price, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. AllPaisa is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and does not hold itself out as either.

Rankings such as “highest yielding” describe what has already been paid against the latest available price. They are statements about the past, not predictions, and their order should not be read as a preference.

Decisions about your money are yours. Consider taking advice from a SEBI-registered professional who knows your circumstances.

The data is assembled from NSE and BSE corporate-action filings and reconciled between them. It is published in good faith and checked automatically, but it is not guaranteed to be complete, current or free of error.

Where the two exchanges disagree, or an amount fails a plausibility check, the record is withheld from public pages until it is reviewed rather than shown with a caveat. A missing payout may therefore mean “under review”, not “did not happen”. The methodology page explains what each blank means.

Prices are delayed and stamped with the trading session they came from. AllPaisa is not a licensed real-time market-data vendor.

Always verify a figure against the company's own filing before acting on it.

The site is free to read, and you are welcome to quote figures with attribution to the exchange filing they came from and the date they were current as of. Dividend data goes stale in a way price data does not: a yield quoted without its date can be wrong by a whole payout.

Automated bulk collection that degrades the service for others is not acceptable. If you need the data in volume, write and ask — it is cheaper for both of us than a scraper.

Do not present the data in a way that implies AllPaisa endorses a security, a portfolio or a decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllPaisa is not liable for any loss — including trading or investment loss — arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here.

The underlying corporate-action facts belong to the exchanges and the companies that filed them; facts themselves are not owned by AllPaisa. The site's own presentation, wording and code are.

Industry classification follows the NSE Indices scheme and is reproduced as reference, not as a claim of ownership.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
