IPOs
Public issues on the NSE, as filed. A company coming to market has no payout history — the record this site is built to show does not exist yet — so everything here is the offer document and the exchange’s own subscription tally, and nothing more.

Issues run for three or four days at a time, a few times a month, so an empty stretch here is ordinary rather than a sign that something is missing.
Upcoming
Dates filed, not yet open0 issuesNo issue has filed dates for the weeks ahead.
No subscription figure appears here because none exists until an issue opens. A band shown as “to be filed” means the company has an approved offer document but has not yet set a price.
Recently listed
Where the issue price stands nowWhere no current price is shown, the instrument is not in our master — most SME listings are not. The issue price and listing date are exchange filings and are shown as normal.
Not shown, and why
Grey market premium
An unofficial price quoted by dealers outside any exchange. Nobody publishes it, nobody stands behind it, and it cannot be checked against a filing — so it does not appear here.
Whether to apply
This site publishes facts. A subscription multiple describes how many applications an issue received; it is not a judgment about the company, and we will not turn it into one.
Allotment status
Held by each issue's registrar, not by the exchange. The registrar named in the offer document is the only place that can tell you what you were allotted.
Issue details as filed with the NSE. Factual data, not investment advice.
