A subscription multiple counts the applications an issue received. It says nothing about the company, and this page does not rank issues by it.
Allotment status
Held by each issue's registrar — Link Intime, KFin and others — not by the exchange. The registrar named in the offer document is the only place that can tell you what you were allotted.
