No amount, record date, ex-date or yield until the board sits and the company files

Amount: Nothing is declared until the board sits. A figure here would be a forecast.
Record date: Fixed by the board, usually in the same resolution that declares the payout.
Ex-date: Set by the exchange once a record date is filed, and not before.
Yield: Needs an amount to divide by a price. There is no amount.
